HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We generally work to a 4-6 week delivery time. However, sometimes due to delays with supply of fabric (unfortunately more frequent currently due to Covid) or holiday periods, these timings can be pushed out. If this is the case we will contact you to discuss.

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We will deliver to the front door of anywhere in New Zealand using our trusted delivery company. If you require delivery to inside your house and/or installation please contact us to discuss. Also if your location is particularly tricky please contact us and we will try to come up with a solution.

 

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

Delivery is from our workshop direct to your front door New Zealand wide with a trusted company who is very used to handling furniture. Once your order is complete your item/s are picked up by the delivery company who takeover and will be in touch with you directly with a delivery day. Your bedhead or other items will be packaged carefully, and will arrive at your house ready for you to unwrap and enjoy. Please check our size guide prior to purchase to ensure your products will fit through your access points.

 

WHAT PACKAGING DO YOU USE?

We have carefully considered our packaging choices with the environment in mind. We use cardboard to wrap your bedheads for safe delivery. The cardboard is recyclable, biodegradable and is made from recycled cardboard.

We use eco tape which is made from natural wood fibres derived from a managed and sustainable forest.

 

IS THERE A WAY TO GET MY FURNITURE SOONER?

Yes, there are options and we will do our best to work to your timeframe. Please contact us to talk this through.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY FURNITURE WILL FIT THROUGH MY DOOR?

The dimensions of your preferred furniture are found here. We highly recommend measuring your doorways, hallways, stairways and any tight corners to ensure that your furniture will fit. If you have concerns then we can look at custom making the sizing to fit your environment.

 

RETURNS POLICY OR WARRANTY

As your items are custom made especially for you we do not accept returns or exchanges on our bedheads (unless defective) so please choose carefully.

Wink provides a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against workmanship defaults. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear to structural components
  • Normal wear and tear to fabric and finishes, including fading of fabric
  • Damage arising from abnormal use
  • Products which have not been maintained or which have been modified
  • Any indirect, special or consequential loss

 

Wink reserves the right to investigate all claims in order to assess the nature and cause and determine whether a part has failed due to a defect or wear and tear.

Wink shall have sole discretion in determining the course of action taken to replace or repair defective product.

 

Heat and Humidity – products will continue to exchange moisture with the air, expanding and shrinking in response to changes in humidity. This may result in changes to a bedheads appearance and is not covered by the warranty.

 

The applicability of the warranty will be determined by Wink having reviewed the claim. If you discover a structural imperfection please contact Wink as soon as possible.
